After the successful development and commercialization of our first residential project in Estepona, DRAGO has begun the second phase of its development in the Selwo area, a privileged location for its surroundings as well as its microclimate.

The 2018 Marbella Real Estate Market Report (“Informe 2018 sobre el mercado inmobiliario de Marbella”) recently published by the EFE agency highlighted that the number of transactions in the Costa del Sol, specifically in the Marbella area, Benahavís and Estepona, have surpassed the volume of sales by 10,4% since the 2007 crisis, whilst the rest of Spain remains 21% below the levels of sales in the past decade.
The analysis indicates that the Marbella market area is more consolidated than the rest of the country: the number of transactions in the past year have increased by 11.15% in comparison to 2016.
