The property is distributed into 27 apartments and is located in the touristic neighbourhood known as SOFI (South-of-Fifth), the most exclusive area of South Beach and only 180 meters from the trendiest beach of Miami Beach.
This is DRAGO’s second acquisition in the USA after having closed a previous deal in 2017 for another residential building with 20 apartments, located at 2150 Park Avenue, Miami, in front of the “Bass Museum”, next to the convention center and walking distance to the beach.
This new acquisition at Collins Ave. has been fully renovated with the highest quality detailing, furniture and state of the art equipment throughout. The 23,260 sq. ft. property has 3 floors and a rooftop terrace with a pool and solarium for the exclusive use of the guests. There are 27 apartments averaging approximately 65 m2, of which 16 apartments have 1 bedroom, 8 have 2 bedrooms and the other 3 have 3 bedrooms.
The building acquired by DRAGO has a privileged location in the SOFI neighbourhood (South-of-Fifth), this area is of great touristic attraction and it is surrounded by destinations such as Nikki Beach, Joe’s Stonecrab, Smith & Wollensky, Milos, Prime 112 o Fogo de Chao. It shares location with the luxurious condominiums of Continuum, Apogee One Ocean and Glass.
This project will be managed by the asset managers and subsidiary company of the group, Drago US Holdings and led by its General Manager Gonzalo Chueca.
